At A & M Enterprises Bridal, we want your special day to be perfect; if your purchase is not quite right, we accept returns on unworn and unaltered items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made gowns and intimate apparel are final sale to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and exclusivity.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our bridal support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the item in its original packaging with all designer tags attached and include a copy of your RMA form inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our specialists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
